Meet Natasha
Hi, I’m Natasha, a certified trauma informed tapping coach and family yoga teacher. My most important role though is being a mum. And I know what it’s like to feel like you’re failing when you just want to be calm and hold space for your child and their big emotions.
For years, I carried shame every time I snapped or shut down — until I found nervous system work that actually fit into real parenting life. Not perfection. Just real, grounded presence.
That’s why I created Regulate & Rise — because parents like us don’t need to be “better.”
We need to be held, supported, and resourced. Because I know you're already doing your best, I know I was doing my best too even in my worse moments where my meltdowns matched my kids. It wasn't about knowing better or knowing more - I read all the books, I knew what calm looked like and I knew how I wanted to respond - but sometimes the stress would just take over... and I would snap or even one horrible morning, I threw my kids Lego build on the floor - Instant shame and regret. Now I know what to do in those moments, and I know what to do before those moments even happen. And I want to support you with that too.

What if I can't make the live calls?
All calls are recorded and uploaded inside the course — you won’t miss a thing.
Do I need experience with tapping?
Nope! Everything is beginner-friendly, with clear guidance and gentle pace.
Is this only for mums?
Nope. This is for any parent, carer or guardian supporting children.
How long will I have access?
Live support will be for the duration of the program but you will keep access to the recorded tapping's and bonuses inside the course.
Can I join if I’m already overwhelmed?
Yes — please do! This program is made for you. Everything is bite-sized, gentle, and flexible. You can take what you need, when you need it.
What if I cant stick to it?
But what if you do? Imagine how it is going to feel to stick to this program for the 28 days and come out feeling empowered on your parenting journey? Sure some days you might miss a tapping, that's okay. You can pick it straight back up and you'll have the live calls to help with accountability and to cheer you on.
How long do I need to commit each week?
You'll need to commit 8 minutes each morning for the daily tappings (these can be done with children around too so there's no pressure if you cant get a moment to yourself in the morning). Then there is our live call each week which is one hour (or catch the recording). There are some bonuses like the journal prompts and the Bedtime Body Reset but these are there as and when you want them.
